The NAO graduate blog has asked Rob Senior from our HR department to tell us more about what’s in store for our graduate recruitment campaign later this year.
New and old signIf you’re reading this blog then there’s a good chance you’ve seen our ‘Big On’ graduate brand. We’ve been using ‘Big On’ since 2009 to explain to potential applicants why we think we have something exciting to offer which is ‘big on’ the things that matter to them.

That was five years ago and whilst it’s been a great success for us, like all organisations a lot changes in that time; a new set of corporate values, new ways of working etc., and we need to ensure that we continue to tell you about what it’s like to be a part of this unique and important organisation in an accurate and engaging way.

So we’ve been speaking to our trainees and various people across the organisation to develop a brief for a new brand that will build on the success of ‘Big On’. It’s a tough act to follow and it will be a busy summer (we’re doing the majority of the work in-house thanks to our talented Design team) but we hope that you and future visitors to our website will like what they see.

Alongside this work, we’ve also run our final assessment centres for the current campaign; as ever it’s been a real pleasure to meet so many talented people who are excited about what we do and want to be a part of it. Have a fantastic summer, good luck to those of you doing exams and keep an eye on the website come September.
